So, the minister of Municipal Affairs is the authority on the suitability of books Alberta children may access in public libraries. I would be interested to know how he became qualified in the field of library collections management. His online information indicates only that he worked in the “sand and gravel” industry. If I wanted legislation regarding the safe operation of gravel trucks, he would definitely be my go-to guy.
