Opinion: Edmonton's zoning bylaw levels playing field for young families

As is widely known, Edmonton implemented a significant zoning bylaw renewal when we rang in 2024, that eased and simplified zoning regulations across the city. Its primary intentions are to improve affordability relative to population growth as well as increase livability and access to amenities, through a combination of gentle and targeted infill development.
