When it came to hockey at the 1988 Calgary Winter Olympics, there was no doubt about which team dominated the tournament. It was the Soviet Union. On Day 14 of the Games, they beat Sweden 7-1, which included a spurt of three goals within a minute and 41 seconds in the first period. While the Soviets won the gold, the Finns took silver and the Swedes took bronze.
